"The man was secured based on reports from residents regarding the illegal circulation of alcoholic alcohol around Dumoga District," he said.
He said responding to information from residents, the Opsnal Team led directly by the Head of the Narcotics Unit of the Bolmong Police, Aipda Dadang Mashanafi, immediately went to the field to conduct an investigation and it turned out to be true.
The Opsnal team also managed to secure evidence of hundreds of liters of rat-cap liquor on a car carried by the perpetrators.
"The police managed to get evidence of 48 large clear plastic bags totaling 650 liters, which were loaded in a pickup," said Abast.
Now the perpetrator and evidence have been secured at the Bolmong Police Office in Pusian for further investigation.
He appealed to dealers and sellers of alcohol not to do the same.
"We also urge people who are the same profession as the perpetrators who have not been caught, to immediately stop their activities of selling alcohol illegally. If there are still people who are active like perpetrators, then the same thing will be applied, of course, in accordance with applicable legal regulations," he said.
