JAKARTA - One teenager named Reza (20) was arrested by residents for being caught holding three junior high school students at school when they came home from school in Ganggagi, Jalan Arabika, Pondok Kopi, Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta, Wednesday, January 18, afternoon.
