Hendra Kurniawan-Agus Nurpatria Investigated As Defendants In The Obstruction Of Justice Of Brigadier J Case

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta District Court is holding a follow-up hearing on obstruction of justice cases today. The agenda is to examine Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatria as the defendants.

"The agenda for examining HK and ANP as defendants," said the Public Relations Officer at the South Jakarta District Court, Friday, January 13.

Based on the Case Tracing Information System (SIPP) for the South Jakarta District Court, the examination session of Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatria will be held at 13.30 WIB.

Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatria were jointly charged with obstructing the investigation into the death of Brigadier J. The two are said to have ordered to secure CCTV DVRs from around Ferdy Sambo's official residence, to be precise at the security post in the Police complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

Hendra Kurniawan was charged with ordering Agus Nurpatria to secure the CCTV around Ferdy Sambo's official residence.

Meanwhile, Agus Nurpatria forwarded the order to the defendant Irfan Widyanto.

The two were charged with Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or the second indictment of Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary of Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) KUHP.
