The Presidential Staff Office (KSP) has even advised the ministers removed by Jokowi not to be angry and keep smiling. It is said that the ministers from the NasDem Party will be the targets of the cabinet reshuffle that Jokowi will soon hold in January. Regarding the reshuffle issue, the chairman of the NasDem DPP, Effendy Choirie, stated that his party was ready if Jokowi removed his 3 ministers in the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet. According to him, so far his ministers have a quality that the public has no doubt about. "I think so far performance, quality, and integrity, our three ministers, the public have no doubts," said Effendy, Thursday, January 5. In fact, the man who is familiarly called Gus Choi also said that the Minister of Agriculture, Syahrul Yasin Limpo, received many awards for his performance during his career in government. "The experience of living, experience in the bureaucracy, such as the minister of agriculture, has a career from sub-districts, regents, deputy governors, and governors, extraordinary. I think he understands what to do, what the state needs," said Gus Choi. However, he understands that every minister must be inseparable from his shortcomings, including his ministers. It's just that, according to him, if evaluated from performance, the NasDem minister should not be hit by a reshuffle. "I think every cabinet, every government remains (infficient). But in general, I think if you are judged as a lecturer, pass, it can be cumlauded too," said Gus Choi. Previously, the Main Expert of the Presidential Staff Office (KSP) Ali Mochtar Ngabalin, predicted that President Jokowi would reshuffle the cabinet in January 2023. "Maybe this January (reshuffle)," Ngabalin told reporters, Thursday, January 5. However, he asked all parties to wait, because the ministerial reshuffle is Jokowi's prerogative. "We'll wait together," he added. Ngabalin then asked the ministers affected by the cabinet reshuffle not to be angry and dongkol. He advised the replaced ministers to keep smiling as they first entered the Advanced Indonesia cabinet. "If later there is a minister who is replaced, he must remain enthusiastic and smile as you were first chosen. Don't be angry, don't be angry, don't be angry because your time has only arrived here.
