PADANG - The West Sumatra Police said five big motorbikes (moge) from the Siliwangi Bandung Chapter Indonesia Harley Owner Group (HOG) had fake documents. This motorbike was secured in connection with the case of beating up TNI members some time ago.

Six big motorbikes that have complete documents according to ERI are returned to the owner. Then for the five units of vehicles that do not have documents or are not deferred to the Directorate General of Customs and Excise.

For a motorbike unit that violates the Traffic Law because the motorbike is not equipped with documents while driving, it will be delegated to the West Sumatra Police Ditlantas.

The perpetrators are subject to a maximum of six years imprisonment for Article 263 of the Criminal Code and for Article 103 of Law Number 17 2006 concerning Customs, a maximum imprisonment of eight years and a maximum fine of IDR 5 billion.
