JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government plans to barter land with PT Bintang Rajawali Perkasa on Jalan Pancoran Timur 2C, Pancoran Village, Pancoran District, South Jakarta.
Referring to Article 331 of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 18 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Management of Regional Property, the transfer of regional property can be carried out after it is approved by the DKI Jakarta DPRD.
Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi, said that his party agreed to exchange the land. Prasetyo noted that the bartering of government-owned land with this private company must be able to benefit local residents.

Meanwhile, the land owned by PT Bintang Rajawali Perkasa in an adjacent location covering an area of approximately 1,171 square meters with a value of Rp. 23.2 billion. The location of the land parcel owned by the provincial government divides the land belonging to PT Bintang Rajawali Perkasa.
Prasetyo emphasized that this land barter cannot only benefit the private sector. Bearing in mind, PT Bintang Rajawali Perkasa plans to develop a business on the exchanged provincial government land.
According to him, the DKI Jakarta Regional Asset Management Agency (BPAD) must be able to ensure that the private land has the status of a certificate of use (SHP).
