Bandung Military Court II-09 sentenced TNI AU non-commissioned officers, Sergeant Agus Kustiawan (33), who were proven to have committed premeditated murder against the KONI Treasurer of North Kayong Regency, West Kalimantan. The treasurer of the North Kayong KONI with the initials AH was killed at the end of July 2022 in Bogor, West Java. The murder was triggered by the victim's action to collect Rp300 million which was borrowed by the perpetrator. "The defendant is sentenced to life in prison," said Chief Judge Lieutenant Colonel Chk. Dendi Sutiyoso at a trial at the Military Court II-09 Bandung, Bandung City, West Java, Antara, Thursday, December 15. In addition, the judge also sentenced Sertu Agus to dismissal from military service. The defendant Agus Kustiawan is an Air Force soldier who served at Supadio Air Base, West Kalimantan. In his ruling, the judge stated that Sertu Agus was involved in premeditated murder in the case, in accordance with Article 340 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 1 in conjunction with Article 362 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 26 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 190 paragraph 1, 3, and 4 of Law Number 31 of 1997. Meanwhile, Public Relations of the Military Court II-09 Bandung Major Chk. (K) Ferry Budi Styanti said Sertu Agus Kustiawan was the mastermind behind the premeditated murder of the North Kayong KONI treasurer. Apart from Agus, there were three civilians involved in the murder, namely the initials A, D, and RH. They were paid by Agus to kill the KONI Treasurer. "The perpetrator prepared several equipment, including the vehicle used," said Ferry. Agus Kustiawan committed the murder with three other people against the victim of the North KONI treasurer with the initials AH in Bogor at the end of July 2022. After successfully carrying out the scenario, Agus then dumped the victim's body on a bridge in Sukamakmur District, Bogor Regency, West Java.
