Fadli Zon News Of Quran Remy Sylado's Death

JAKARTA - Sad news came from the world of literature in the country. Yapi Tambayong writer alias Remy Sylado has passed away.

Information on Remy's death came from a member of the DPR from the Gerindra Party faction, Fadli Zon, through his social media account.

"Goodbye Bang Remy Sylado," wrote Fadli on his Twitter account, @fadlizon, Monday 12 December.

Fadli admitted that he had recently met Remy. The meeting between the two was filled with chat about the art world.

Remy and Fadli talked about Elvis Presley to discuss the manager of the world music legend who is an immigrant from the Netherlands, Colonel Tom Parker.

"Just a few days ago talking about Elvis Presley n his manager Colonel Tom Parker. RIP," said Fadli.

Apart from being a writer, Remy Salado is known as an actor and a former Indonesian journalist.

Thanks to his expertise in acting, Remy was given a nomination for the Citra Cup at the Indonesian Film Festival through the film Stay for a moment (1986) and Due to Cancer (1987).
