The NTB Regional Police arrested three perpetrators of motorcycle theft at a five-star hotel in the Mataram City area. The Head of Public Relations of the NTB Police, Kombes Artanto, said that the police arrested the three perpetrators after undergoing theft on Thursday morning. "The theft was reported to have occurred at around 02.00 WITA and the perpetrators were arrested about an hour later," said Artanto in Mataram, Antara, Friday, December 9. The three perpetrators of the theft were arrested based on follow-up reports from the hotel with the initials AD, ALK, and IRV. "The three of them were arrested by night patrol members. They were caught on the road dragging the victim's vehicle," he said. From the arrest, the police have now detained the three perpetrators with the results of the investigation that named them suspects. "The results of the examination were also revealed that two of them, namely AD and ALK on Monday, November 28, 2022, carried out a similar action at a boarding house in the West Pagesangan area," he said. The stolen evidence in the form of two two two-wheeled vehicles has now been secured at the NTB Regional Police and the legal process of the three perpetrators is still being filed. "For further developments, members are still continuing to develop, there are allegations that they are part of an interprovincial network theft syndicate, it is still being investigated," he said.
