Kawan Pinangki Andi Irfan Admits He Does Not Know The Action Plan And Power Of Attorney To Sell Regarding Joko Tjandra

JAKARTA - Former NasDem politician Andi Irfan Jaya admitted that he was not involved in the making of the action plan for the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa administration for Joko Tjandra. Andi Irfan also emphasized that he did not know anything about the action plan.

This statement was conveyed by Andi Irfan Jaya when he was a witness in the trial of the alleged gratification of the Supreme Court (MA) fatwa arrangement and bribery for the removal of red notice for the accused Joko Tjandra.

"I never made an action plan and never sent it," said Andi Irfan Jaya at a trial at the Corruption Court, Central Jakarta, Thursday, December 17.

Apart from that, Andi Irfan also said that he had never made a power of attorney to sell. This is because the letter was made directly by Anita Kolopaking.

But Andi Irfan confirmed that he had sent the power of attorney to sell it to Joko Tjandra. This was done only to convey his objection because his name was taken down without his knowledge.

"I tell you what this is (to Joko Tjandra). I'm sorry I don't want my names like this," he said.

In fact, Andi Irfan admitted that he would not make a big deal about it if prior to the making of the power of sale he was notified beforehand.

"Actually, if someone explains to me, what this is for. And suddenly I have my name, I object. Tell me if there is a good delivery, I don't mind," said Andi.

There is also a power of attorney for sale stated in action plan number one regarding the signing of the security deposit as a guarantee if what Joko Tjandra promised is not realized.
