Indonesian Representatives, Chris And Reza Ready To Tand At Olympia Las Vegas

JAKARTA - Mr. Olympia is a prestigious professional bodybuilding competition event on an international scale at Joe Weider's Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend. This event is held annually by the International Federation of Body Building & Fitness (IFBB).

Since it was first held on September 18, 1965, this competition has won a lot of support and enthusiasm from bodybuilders from around the world. No exception for bodybuilding participants from Indonesia.

This year 2022, Mr. Olympia will be held in Las Vegas from December 15 to December 18, 2022, which will be attended by participants from around the world.

Indonesia itself will send two bodybuilding athletes from a local brand, namely Fareza Febriano and Chris Putra, who will compete on behalf of Indonesia at the 2022vesteur Olympia Las Vegas.

This is a matter of pride for Indonesia, because Fareza Febriano and Chris Putra will become Indonesia's first bodybuilding athletes to compete in the Olympia Las Vegas world championship.

Previously, Chris and Reza also won 10 gold medals in the 2022 NPC Worldwide Singapore Showdown championship, on August 6. Fareza Febriano contributed five medals in the Bodybuilding category and Chris Putra also contributed five medals in the Classics Physique category.

Chris and Reza have prepared themselves to the fullest to go forward and compete in Olympia Las Vegas 2022 by maintaining nutrition, diet, sleep patterns and proper supplementation.

Seeing this moment, the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy (Menparekraf) Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno expressed his appreciation and support for Chris and Reza by inviting the two bodybuilders to The Weekly Brief with Sandi Uno on Monday, October 24.

On that occasion, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno talked and released the bodybuilder to compete in the 2022 Ameur Olympia Las Vegas.

Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno's invitation was not without reason, Sandiaga Uno said that there were indeed a number of sports connected to the tourism sector, including gyms and golf.

According to him, the younger generation in Indonesia should imitate the fighting power of the two bodybuilding athletes who were able to make Indonesia proud in international competitions. Sandiaga Uno also hopes that the achievements of the two of them will be able to inspire the nation's next young generation.

"So there are two, one is Indonesian athletes competing to make the nation proud, hopefully they won, we pray," said Sandi at the time.

However, behind Chris Putra's success as a bodybuilding athlete, who would have thought that he had pursued a career from the lowest class, namely being a Office Boy (OB). In fact, he also had time to become a busker before deciding to become a bodybuilding athlete.

"You have to remember my message that to have an ideal body, you don't have to have a lot of money. I used to be a busker, OB (Office Boy), I've gone through various processes that almost gave up on becoming a bodybuilder. Don't make the economy an obstacle and an obstacle that makes our business the best stop, "said Chris, in a written statement, Thursday, December 8.

On the other hand, Fareza also revealed some tips for the training that he had been doing so far that he succeeded in making achievements.

"The concept is hard and consistent exercise, at least 1-2 hours every day. For all of my friends, my message is for bodybuilding and diligent athletes in the world of fitness, diligently practicing, staying consistent, maintaining a diet, and don't forget to remember the target remember Evolene," said Fareza.
