"First, we did not find the deceased's cellphone," said Rifaizal Samual during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, November 29.

Then, another irregularity was the absence of a wallet. In fact, he and other investigators have been looking for the object.

"Try checking whether there is a wallet, related to identity issues, nothing, Your Honor," he said.

Then, Samual also felt awkward about the presence of a firearm (senpi) when Brigadier J was lying lifeless on the floor. Because, the weapon was in the left hand.

In fact, from a brief examination of Bharada Richard totaling, Brigadier J was not left-handed.

"It is in the left position with the deceased facing to the right. However, I asked my fellow aides, it turns out that the person concerned is not left-handed," said Samual.

"So I did ask Richard, I directed Richard to demonstrate, you saw the position of Yosua, try to show what Yosua did, what his movements were like," he continued.

Finally, the discrepancy that was felt was the absence of blood droplets. In fact, in the scenario made by Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier J was involved in a shootout.

For information, Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi were jointly charged with the murder of Brigadier J at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga.

Thus, they were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to (1) of the Criminal Code.
