Happy Central Java Residents Get A Zero Percent DP House From Ganjar Pranowo

Happy smile grew from a number of residents in Central Java who received home assistance from Governor Ganjar Pranowo. The "Guku Lemah By Omah" program finally realized the dream of citizens to have a house without a down payment, without installments.

The home assistance program with the bolts panel compilation system is not only for the community, but also for individuals. This is to help residents who are married, do not have a home, and are registered in the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS).

Makmur, one of the beneficiaries in Tambi Village, Watumpul District, Pemalang Regency, admitted that the construction of the house was in line with expectations. He only had a land capital, then built a house worth Rp35 million from the Central Java Provincial Government. Plus Rp1.8 million is labor-intensive.

"Alhamdulillah, the construction went smoothly as expected. And thank God I received housing assistance without a single DP, the important thing was to own the land, thank God this house could be held. Yes, without a DP and without installments, the important thing is land and home capital. finished," he said, Monday, November 28.

His current home, apart from being lived with his wife and children, is also useful for the needs of the organization.

"Yes, every two times a month they are held a gathering or meeting, because they are active at GP Ansor and Banser. There are 30 people who usually participate in activities here," said the man who works at TPQ and madrasa.

Lili Holiyah, another resident of Tambi Village, also felt happiness. Having a house is her dream since her 2015 marriage, especially since her baby's presence was added.

"Initially I married in 2015, I still live with my parents. I want to have my own house because I already have children. But I only work to makeANG (false clothes), and my husband migrates in Jakarta," he explained.

He is very grateful for the existence of the Tuku Weak By Omah Program, now he already has his own house.

"If you don't get help, you don't know when you will have a house," he added.

In Tambi Village itself, there are 17 recipients of the program assistance. Each house can be designed according to the ability of non-governmental organizations.

Not only in Pemalang, the assistance that has been rolling since 2020 has also targeted underprivileged residents in Wonosobo Regency, especially Bejiarum Village, Kertek District.

Sunardi, a recipient of assistance from Bejiarum Village, admitted that housing assistance was very useful for his family. Apart from being more comfortable, recipients do not need to pay anything, only land capital.

"This is not charged a penny. Without a down payment without installments, now you have your own house," he said.

Living independently with his wife and two children is more comfortable than when he was still riding at his orangtua's house.

"If there is anything, it can be resolved with my wife. The children are also comfortable being able to study, the one is in junior high school and one is in elementary school. So, it feels very happy," he added.

Sunardi did not expect that at this time he could live in his own house. Because, he himself is not sure that he will be able to build a house just by working odd jobs.

"I work odd jobs, income is uncertain. If I don't get help, maybe until now I don't have a house," he said.

From data from the Public Housing and Settlement Area Office of Central Java Province, the assistance program "My Tuku Weak by Omah" began to be implemented in 2020.

In 2020 there are 200 units, 2021 there are 186 units. And in 2022 253 units were built. The plan is that in 2023 it has been budgeted for the construction of 615 units.
