JAKARTA - The Governor of West Java (Jabar) M Ridwan Kamil will send State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the West Java Provincial Government (Pemrov) to Japan. The ASN will study disaster mitigation in Shizuoka Prefecture. The study aims to improve the knowledge and knowledge of West Java ASN in making earthquake-resistant houses in the future.
