Haedar Nashir has returned to his position as General Chairperson of the Muhammadiyah Central Executive (PP). The determination was based on the 48th Congress of Muhammadiyah at KH Ahmad Dahlan UMS, Sunday, November 20.

Haedar Nashir said he was ready to lead PP Muhammadiyah again. According to him, the mandate was carried out by 13 people collectively collegial as part of the leadership system in the organization.

"As a chairman, my position is only one step ahead and in detail raised but in essence it remains in the collegial collective and in accordance with the Persyarikatan system," said Haedar at the KH Edutorium Ahmad Dahlan UMS, Solo, Sunday, November 20.

Haedar said that in the future the elected leadership will run programs whose direction is more transformative both for programs in general and fields whose direction is superior to progress towards all aspects.

"We disseminate and make the Islamic view of progress in advanced Islamic errors that have been determined to be in dialogue with various groups at home and abroad so that they become a wider and well-integrated realm of mind in the Persyarikatan," he said.

In addition, PP Muhammadiyah also has a mandate to continue discussing strategic issues of public, national, and universal humanity and become important input in various fields.

Haedar was appointed chairman of PP Muhammadiyah for the period 2022-2027 by the Selection Committee (Prelih) of the 48th Muhammadiyah Congress.

The election of the chairman of PP Muhammadiyah was the result of a closed meeting of 13 elected members of PP Muhammadiyah. The meeting took place quite quickly about three hours from the original schedule at 15.30 WIB.

According to the Head of Panlih, the 48th Congress of Muhammadiyah Dahlan Rais, Panlih, in addition to officially appointing Haedar Nashir as General Chair, also announcing Abdul Mu'ti as General Secretary of PP Muhammadiyah for the term of 2022-2027.

After appointing Haedar Nashir as Ketum and Abdul Mu'ti as Secretary of PP Muhammadiyah 2022-2027, then signing and handing over from the old board to the new board.

With the election of Haedar Nashir and Abdul Mu'ti, both of them have been appointed as Ketum or two terms and Secretary of PP Muhammadiyah.
