"In December 2020, RSAM received information that Doctor E had been married in an unregistered marriage, this was a violation of PP 45 of 1990 regarding marriage and marriage permits for civil servants," he said. He added that in the 2021 period Doctor E and his wife had several examinations and were questioned, it was revealed that at that time Doctor E had asked for a divorce and admitted that he had been married in an unregistered marriage and lived with his new wife.
