Judges Are Confused, PLH Div Propam Ariyanto Is Still Waiting For Ferdy Sambo At The Office Until Midnight

JAKARTA - The panel of judges was surprised by the testimony of witness Ariyanto. This is because he, who is a casual daily worker (PHL) at the Police Propam Division, had stated that he was waiting for Ferdy Sambo at the office until midnight or to be precise on the day of the death of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. Ariyanto's surprising testimony began when the judge read out the minutes of examination (BAP) on July 8. Finally, he waited until late at night or at 00.00 WIB. "This is in your BAP on the 8th (in the office) from 18.00 to 24.00. This brother is still in the office. What else is there?" asked the judge during a trial at the South Jakarta District Court, November 10. Ariyanto also argued that he was in the office waiting for Ferdy Sambo. This is because the former Head of the Propam Division has a habit of returning to the office after exercising to clean himself up. "Because as far as I know, he (Ferdy Sambo) played badminton," said Ariyanto. "Did he go to the office?" asked the judge again. "Nothing," answered Ariyanto. Hearing that answer, the judge was surprised that Aryanto chose to remain at the Propam Division office. In fact, Ferdy Sambo did not return to his office at that time. "He doesn't come back to the office, doesn't he play badminton, or doesn't he take a shower at the office anymore. However, you will stay until 24.00, what activity is there?" he said. "Nothing," answered Ariyanto. "Why?" said the judge "Just stand by. I'm afraid there will be orders," said Ariyanto. For information, the Public Prosecutor (JPU) plans to present four witnesses at the trial of Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra. However, only Ariyanto was able to attend. Hendra Kurniawan and Agus Nurpatra were jointly charged with obstructing the investigation process of the premeditated murder case of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. Thus, both of them are suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 subsidiary Article 48 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law Number 19 of 2016 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code subsidiary Article 221 paragraph (1) to 2 in conjunction with Article 55 of the Criminal Code.
