Voting at polling stations (TPS) throughout Makassar City will be guarded by a total of 2,692 police personnel. There are 2,394 polling stations spread across 12 sub-districts of Makassar City.

The Head of Public Relations of the Makassar Police, Komol Supriady, ensures that the police are secured at the TPS so that the voting or voting is safe and orderly.
