JAKARTA - National Police Chief Gen. Idham Azis led the Corps Report Card or promotion for 46 high-ranking officers (Pati) Polri at the Main Meeting Room, Police Headquarters, on Friday, December 4.
Head of Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Argo Yuwono, said that in this promotion, there were 16 people who rose from Brigadier General to become Inspector General.
"Then there were 30 people who went up from Kombes to Police Brigadier General, so there are 46 of them," said Argo at Police Headquarters, Friday, December 4.
Argo said that the dozens of members who were promoted to rank were scattered within the structure and some were outside the Polri structure, namely within the State Civil Apparatus (ASN).
On that occasion, said Argo, General Idham Azis personally reminded dozens of members who were promoted to always be grateful and thankful to their families.
"Because the wife and children have prayed for and thanks to the Polri institution for raising them," he said.
Then continued Argo, especially those who are outside the structure of the Police, Idham Azis also emphasized being able to carry out their duties properly.
"Being an example and role model there. Bringing the good name of the Police. So their existence can be useful, can be felt by ASN and those who use it," he said.
