JAKARTA - Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawati's legal advisory team assessed that the response from the Public Prosecutor (JPU) did not explain anything about the exception submitted. In addition, the indictment prepared by the prosecutor was not carefully drafted. This is because it does not clearly explain and investigate the criminal elements of each defendant. In fact, the prosecutor is considered inconsistent in the process. Thus, the series of events is considered biased. "In our opinion, in that response, the prosecutor is still inconsistent in carrying out the indictment, what kind of incident, the incident must be explained in its entirety," said Arman. The prosecutor had originally stated that the objection note submitted by Putri Candrawathi would not be responded to. Especially regarding the chronology or series of incidents of alleged murder of Brigadier J. The reason is that the exception material proposed by the legal advisory team Putri Candrawathi has been included in the subject matter. So, by referring to Article 156 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Procedure Code, the Public Prosecutor does not have the obligation to respond. Moreover, the prosecutor continued, the dakwan regarding the series of events was prepared based on information from the subject matter of the case. Thus, the prosecutor asked the panel of judges to reject Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi's exception. Then, decided to continue the examination of the two.
