Today, The Trial Of Brigadier General Hendra And Colleagues Will Be Held In Two Sessions

JAKARTA - The inaugural trial of the obstruction of justice case of Brigadier J's murder with the agenda of reading the indictment at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) will begin on Wednesday, October 19.

The defendants who will be tried are Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Commissioner Chuck Putranto, AKP Irfan Widyanto, Commissioner Baiquni Wibowo and AKBP Arif Rahman, Kombes Pol Agus Nurpatria.

Public Relations of the South Jakarta District Court, Djuyamto said in the first trial the obstruction of justice would be held in two sessions.

"The first one was at 10.00 WIB for the defendant Brigadier General Hendra and his friends," said Djuyamto in a short message, Wednesday, October 19.

Meanwhile, for the second trial, the defendant Chuck Putranto will undergo his first trial at 14.00 WIB.

"The second at 14.00 WIB with the defendant Chuck and friends. So the trial is divided into two sessions,” he said.

Meanwhile, the Assembly, Ahmad Suhel, will be the presiding judge for the suspects Hendra Kurniawan, Agus Nurpatria, and Arif Rahman. The member judges are Djuyamto and Hendra Yuristiawan.

Meanwhile, Afrizal Hadi will be the chairman of the panel of judges leading the trial of the suspects Chuck Putranto, Irfan Widyanto, and Baiquni Wibowo. While judges members are Ari Muladi and M. Ramdes.
