Ferdy Sambo Had Kasih Rp1 Billionaire And IPhone 13 Pro Max To Bharada E But Withdrawn Again

JAKARTA - Former Head of Propam Polri Division, Ferdy Sambo promised Rp1 billion and the I Phone 13 Pro Max cellphone to Bharada Richard totaling alias Bharada E. The promise was said in exchange for shooting Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Ferdy Sambo's promise was summarized in Ferdy Sambo's indictment which was read alternately by prosecutors at the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 17. The murder of Brigadier J took place at the Ferdy Sambo official residence, Duren Tiga Street, No 46.

It all started the day after the shooting of Brigadier J or on July 9, 2022. At that time, Ferdy Sambo had given a white envelope containing a dollar bill of Rp500 million to Bripka Ricky Rizal and Strong Ma'ruf.

Meanwhile, specifically for Bharada E, Rp1 billion was given.

"The envelope containing the money was taken back by Ferdy Sambo with the promise that it will be handed over in August 2022 if conditions are safe," said the prosecutor during a trial at the Jakarta District Court, Monday, October 17.

However, Ferdy Sambo gave the iPhone 13 Pro Max brand cellphone. The reason is, as a gift to replace old phones that have been damaged or removed by Bharada E.

All witnesses in the trial, namely, Bharada E, Bripka Ricky Rizal, and Strong Ma'ruf received the gift of the promised cellphone and money.

"Then witness Ferdy Sambo gave the iPhone 13 Pro Max cellphone as a gift to replace the old cellphone that had been damaged or removed so that traces of communication about the incident of the victim Yosua's life were not detected," said the prosecutor.

For information, in the premeditated murder case, not only Ferdy Sambo was named a suspect.

They include Bharada Richard totaling, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Ma'ruf, and Putri Candrawati.

In this case, they are suspected of Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
