Bank DKI Records Positive Performance Growth In The Second Quarter Of 2022

JAKARTA - The regional development agency belonging to the DKI Provincial Government, Bank DKI recorded positive performance growth in the second quarter of 2022 based on audited financial reports for the June period.

Bank DKI managed to record profit growth of 30.64 percent (yoy) to IDR504.90 billion from the previous quarter in 2021 of IDR386.47 billion.

The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy, said that this condition made Bank DKI won the Best Performance Bank award for the BPD category with assets above IDR 30 trillion at the 2022 BIFA event.

"We are grateful that this award for the performance of Bank DKI is the result of the transformation efforts carried out by the company since 2021. In this case, Bank DKI is on the right track for the changes we have made," said Fidri in his statement, Monday, October 17.

Meanwhile, Fidri said Bank DKI also recorded asset growth of 28.99 percent, from IDR 56.73 trillion in the second quarter of 2021 to IDR 73.17 trillion in the second quarter of 2022.

"As a result, the asset growth was above the average asset growth of the national banking industry in the second quarter of 2022 of 9.54 percent," he said.

Then, Bank DKI also recorded credit growth of 20.15 percent in the second quarter of 2022 to IDR43.64 trillion compared to the second quarter of 2021 of IDR36.32 trillion.

"The credit growth is far above the average credit growth of the national banking industry in the second quarter of 2022 of 10.66 percent," said Fidri.

In addition to credit, Bank DKI also managed to record growth in third-party funds (DPK) of 35.12 percent (yoy) from IDR44.95 trillion in the second quarter of 2021 to IDR60.73 trillion in the second quarter of 2022.

"This growth in deposits is above the average growth in the national banking industry in the second quarter of 2022, which was 9.13 percent," he concluded.
