Residents Of Sambiasri Complain The Quality Of Water PDAM Surabaya Who Claim To Be Covered In Water

SURABAYA - A number of residents in the city of Surabaya, East Java, western Java complained about the quality of clean water belonging to the Surya Sembada Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) starting to decline, among others, often cloudy. "During the recess yesterday (October 14) night, I received complaints from residents that the water in his house was always cloudy, so every week he had to drain mud deposits in the tandon," said member of Commission A of the Surabaya DPRD, Raisiah Michael in Surabaya, Saturday, October 15. The complaint was conveyed by Sambiasri residents who live in RT 13, RT 14, RT 15 and RT 16. All of these RTs are in RW 04 Kelurahan/Sambikerep Subdistrict, Surabaya. "According to the name PDAM, the resulting water should be drink-worthy. Of course this will be a separate note for PDAM," said Josiah. According to him, it is natural that residents in several housing complexes that manage clean water themselves refuse to manage clean water are taken over by PDAM. Sambiasri's area itself lies right between Citraland Housing and Graha Natura. "We hope that PDAM needs self-introspection," said Susiah.
