Helmi added that the public prosecutor of the Bandarlampung Kejari has demanded that the defendant be sentenced to 10 months in prison. In addition, the defendant was required to pay restitution money to six victims in the amount of Rp41 million.
"If the defendant is unable to pay, he will be replaced with imprisonment for two months," he added.
