The Standard Shooting Scenario At Ferdy Sambo Is Called Febri Diansyah To Save Bharada E, Lawyers: Instead Join His Future

Bharada E is one of the suspects in the alleged premeditated murder case against Brigadier J presented by the Attorney General/ANTARA/Muhammad Zulfikar Harahap).

JAKARTA - Bharada E's lawyer, Ronny Talapessy, doubts Ferdy Sambo's attorney's statement that the shootout scenario was aimed at saving his client.

Ronny said, the scenario was made only to cover up the premeditated murder of Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

"We even doubted what Febri's colleagues said, from the start that this was to cover what Ferdy Sambo did was to protect him," said Ronny when confirmed, Thursday, October 13.

Moreover, apart from the scenario made, Ferdy Sambo is considered to have obstructed the investigation process. From the results of the investigation by the National Police, he and several other obstruction of justice suspects carried out the destruction of evidence.

"So the crime scene was damaged later, so it's not because it's protecting Richardgan's brother, so we really doubt it," he said.

Then, with a series that had been revealed during the investigation process, Ronny questioned Ferdy Sambo's actions which were considered an act of protecting Bharada E.

According to him, the former Head of the Propam Division did not save but actually destroy Bharada E's future in a police institution.

"If you protect, protect what is protected? In fact, this is called destroying his future by ordering to shoot, involving him in this shooting," said Ronny.

Previously, lawyer Ferdy Sambo and Putri Candrawathi, Febri Diansyah, said that the shootout scenario in the case of Brigadier J's death was aimed at saving Bharada Richard totaling Bharada E.

According to him, with the scenario made by his client, Bharada E can be separated from the snares of the law or at least lighter.

"The goal at that time was to save RE who was suspected of carrying out the previous shooting," said Febri

The scenario was made by means of Ferdy Sambo firing Brigadier J's weapon against the wall. That way, later Bharada E can be considered to have taken protective measures.

In addition, Ferdy Sambo is also said to have asked the suspects, such as Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Ma'ruf, and his wife, to tell the truth.

"FS asked witnesses, so in this third phase, this phase of law enforcement has asked witnesses RR, KM, and PC to state the actual incident," said Febri.
