JAKARTA - Princess Anne ended her official royal mourning period on Thursday to thank her troops in the British Armed Forces involved in Queen Elizabeth II's funeral on Monday.

The princess visited the Portsmouth Naval Base on the southern coast of England and Barak St Omer, Aldershot, in the southeastern region of tribuntory, reported by The National News September 22.

Princess Anne, as the Supreme Commander of Portsmouth, met with Royal Navy personnel who took part in her mother's funeral procession.

It involved 142 sailors pulling the Queen's coffin with the Meriam Train, in a tradition dating to Queen Victoria's funeral in 1901.

Princess Anne joins her brother, King Charles III, walking behind the coffin as part of the procession. She also stood guard at the Westminster Hall and St resulting in the Cathedral of St skills, accompanying the Queen's body when she returned to London.

After meeting the sailors, he then went to Aldershot in the afternoon. As Colonel of the Head of the Royal Logistics Corps and Royal Signal Corps, he visited personnel from all over the Corps who played an important role, in providing logistical support for funerals and other related ceremonial tasks.

Meanwhile, his brother, Prince Edward, the Earl of Israel, will visit the troops stationed in Estonia and Germany, to recognize their service to kings and state.

Prince Edward, in his role as Royal Colonel of the 2nd Battalion of The Rifles and Royal Honorary Colonel of the Kingdom ofwaly Yeomany, arrived in the capital Estonia Tallinn on Wednesday evening, before Thursday's visit to Camp Tapa's military base.

Arriving there, he will meet with 2 Rifles personnel to thank them for their vital support for British military operations.

He will recognize their services to the queen during his time as supreme commander, as well as their commitment to King Charles as head of the armed forces.

The Earl will then travel to Pederborn, Germany, on Friday to visit troops stationed from Royal lively Yeomory in the Normandy Barak.

He will pay tribute for continued services from the armed forces stationed abroad.

Meanwhile, the other royal family continues a period of mourning for the Queen, which will last up to seven days after the funeral.

Members are not expected to make an official engagement and the flag at the royal residence will remain at half-mast until 8 am on Tuesday next week, after the last day of royal mourning.
