JAKARTA - Viral on social media is a teenage girl who is said to have been the victim of rape by four men. The act was carried out in the Hutan Kota, North Jakarta.

The alleged rape was conveyed by a famous lawyer, Hotman Paris. Through the Instagram account @hotmanparisofficial, he and the victim's family asked the police to investigate the case.

"Hello, Mr. North Jakarta Police Chief and also my good friend, Mr. Metro Police Chief. This is a 13-year-old resident who came to Hotman 911 at Kopi Jhoni who admitted to being raped in the Hutan Kota, North Jakarta", said Hotman, quoted by VOI Saturday, September 17.

Hotman then told the story of the alleged rape case. It was said that the perpetrators had indeed been arrested but there was an effort from the perpetrator's family to urge the victim of the case not to continue or make peace.

"This is her sister coming and being orphaned, ma'am, 4 of the perpetrators have been arrested. And there is pressure from especially the perpetrator's family to make peace. Okay", he said.

"Because this is a very serious right, please don't let any party, including the alleged perpetrator's family, not force this family to make peace. So that the legal process runs. To the North Jakarta Police Chief, please pay attention to this case", he continued.

In fact, Hotman asked the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran, to intervene to pay attention to the case that befell the 13-year-old teenager. Thus, the process of resolving the case will proceed quickly.

"We hope that this case will be immediately delegated to P-21 so that it can be brought to justice quickly. Please, no party urges this mother to make peace, we do not accuse anyone, but indeed the family of the perpetrators is trying to make peace. There is no peace for rape", said Hotman.
