SEMARANG The Central Java Police uncovered 3 cases of obscenity that occurred in 3 areas of Central Java (Central Java), namely Pekalongan Regency, Batang Regency and Banjarnegara Regency. In this case, dozens of children are suspected of being victims of the actions of the perpetrators.

As explained by the Director General of the Central Java Police, Kombes Pol. Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro, the first case occurred in Pekalongan Regency. In this case, the police arrested a suspect with the initials AF (29), a resident from Riau. The victim is a mother with the initials IM (38) from Pekalongan.

Initially, what went viral about the alleged relationship between a mother and her child. After we investigated, it turned out that this mother and child were victims of someone who claimed to be a smart person, namely the perpetrator of AF," said Djuhandani, at the Central Java Police Headquarters, Jalan Pahlawan Semarang, last Wednesday, September 7.

The perpetrator, AF, said he, disguised himself as a woman with Sri's name on social media. Even a photo was posted by a woman. It was done as camouflage to convince the victim.

AF then offers supernatural treatment. The victim with the initials IM is interested in the services of the perpetrators and begins to communicate through social media

The victim and the perpetrator exchanged contacts. In the next process, AF carried out unethical ways, namely ordering IMelain with his son which must be documented via video," he explained.

The video, he continued, became a tool for extorting victims' money. AF threatened to distribute the video on social media.

In his confession, AF has blackmailed the victim repeatedly to reach a total of Rp 38 million.

"In addition, in the ritual, the AF ordered IM to cut his son's putting and that was done by IM," he explained.

The second case occurred in Banjarnegara Regency. The police arrested a religious teacher with the initials SAW (32) who was suspected of molesting a number of students of the same sex.

"The victims are AGM, MSJA, FNR, NNW, HAG, MABP and G. The victims are SAW students," he explained

Djuhandani explained that the perpetrators of SAW molested their students from 2021 to 2022.

"The seven students are still minors," he said. "The perpetrators touched, kissed and sodomized the victim," added Djuhandani

Third, the police revealed a case of obscenity in Batang Regency. The case that occurred at a school was carried out by a teacher with dozens of children being victims

"In Batang district, there are 35 reports related to immoral acts allegedly committed by the perpetrator with the initials AM (33). 10 of them were molested by the perpetrators," said Djuhandani.

As for the series of sexual abuse carried out by the perpetrators, he added, it will occur from 2020 to August 2022.

"The location of the obscenity is in the classroom, an Osis room and a school prayer room warehouse," he said.

Djuhandani emphasized that the perpetrators in the three districts were charged with various different articles according to the case.

In the case of sexual abuse in Pekalongan, he added, the perpetrator was charged with Article 15 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Indonesia Number 15 of 2022, subsidiary to Article 6 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the crime of sexual violence and Article 29 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning amendments to the Republic of Indonesia Law 11 of 2008 concerning ITE with a maximum threat of 16 years.

Meanwhile, the perpetrators of sexual abuse cases in Batang and Banjarnegara were charged with Article 82 paragraphs (2) and 81 paragraph (2) of Law no. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law no. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection with a maximum threat of 15 years in prison plus 1/3.

"Because the perpetrators are teachers of the victims," he explained.

Djuhandani also added that in addition to uncovering cases, the Central Java Police also paid attention to the recovery of the psychological condition of children who were victims of sexual abuse.

"A trauma healing effort has been made by the Polda and Polres psychology team related to the victims and their parents. In addition, they also coordinate with several agencies," he concluded.
