JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has confirmed that summons from parties who know of corruption in the Formula E racing event will be carried out. Alexander said many parties had been summoned to investigate allegations of corruption in Formula E. Among them are high-ranking officials of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro). In addition, the KPK will also summon the Governor of DKI Jakarta on Wednesday, September 7 tomorrow. The statement from the former Minister of Education and Culture (Mendikbud) is considered to be able to shed light on the allegations of corruption. "That they know better how yesterday's implementation was related to development, related to the costs incurred, right," he said. Previously, it was known that the KPK had asked for clarification from a number of officials in DKI Jakarta regarding the Formula E racing event. They are the Head of the DKI Jakarta Inspectorate, Syaefulloh Hidayat; former Indonesian Ambassador to the United States, Dino Pati Djalal; Chairman and Deputy Chair of Commission E of the DKI DPRD, Iman Satria and Anggara Wicitra. In addition, the KPK has also asked for information from the Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD, Prasetyo Edi Marsudi.
