KENDAL - The Kendal Police, Central Java, revealed that the pertalite type fuel hoarding and mixing warehouse is located in Kutoharjo Village, Kaliwungu, Kendal Regency. Kendal Police Chief AKBP Jamal Alam said the perpetrator with the initials M (44) was suspected of taking advantage of the situation in the midst of the planned increase in fuel prices to seek personal gain. From the hoarding warehouse, he said, the police secured evidence of a car suspected of being used as a means of transportation, dozens of liters pertalite, a bottle of pertalite that had been mixed, several cans of distribution, and dyeing substances. For his actions, he explained, the suspect was charged with Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas. The police chief emphasized that this disclosure is a form of the seriousness of the police in anticipating parties who want to make a profit by hoarding fuel in the midst of plans to increase the price of these subsidized commodities. He reminded various parties who want to make a profit by harming others so as not to carry out their actions in the Kendal Regency area.
