JAKARTA - Poltracking released the results of a national survey related to the electability of presidential candidates for the period 1-7 August 2022. As a result, in the simulation of 10 presidential candidates, the first rank was occupied by the Governor of Central Java, Ganjar Pranowo. Followed by the General Chairperson of Gerindra Prabowo Subianto and the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan. "First, Ganjar Pranowo with 26.6 percent, second Prabowo Subianto with 19.7 percent, Anies Baswedan with 17.7 percent," said the Executive Director of Poltracking Indonesia, Hanta Yuda, in his presentation in Kuningan, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 31. While in fourth place is the Chairman of the Democrats Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) with 4.7 percent, the fifth Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil 3.9 percent, the sixth Minister of SOEs Erick Tohir 2.8 percent, the seventh Menparekraf Sandiaga Uno 2.4 percent. The Indonesian Poltracking survey was conducted on August 1-7, 2022 using a stratified multi-stage random sampling method. The survey involved 1,220 respondents with a margin of error +/-2.9 percent at a 95 percent confidence level.
