Blind Morning, Ojol Driver Stabbed By A Robber In Tamansari

JAKARTA - An online motorcycle taxi (Ojol) driver, Aditya Wiratama Sukma Riyanto (18), became a victim of robbery, and was injured as a result of being stabbed by a sharp weapon in Tamansari, West Jakarta.

Kapolsek Metro Tamansari AKBP Abdul Ghafur said his party was still investigating the case.

"While deepening (cases) with the Head of Criminal Investigation. We will be informed further later, ”said Ghafur in Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Friday, November 20.

According to the victim's statement, the incident occurred at 03.30 WIB, Friday, November 20, when he was delivering food to the Jaya Agency office, crossing the Tamansari area.

He was stopped by five thugs who rode on two motorbikes, then grabbed the victim and forced him to stop on the road.

One of the motorcyclists threatened the online motorcycle taxi driver with a sharp weapon to stop him.

Two perpetrators wanted to take Aditya's motorbike, but he fought back. As a result, he received stab wounds in the buttocks as a result of these sharp weapons, and was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital.

The robbers did not seize the motorbike, but Aditya's wallet and cellphone were in the hands of the perpetrators.

Meanwhile, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Tamansari Metro Police, AKP Lalu Musti Ali, said that his party had only secured one suspected perpetrator who was arrested by residents when he was found to have fallen after the incident.

However, because there were no witnesses to the incident other than the victim, the police are still investigating.

"Because the situation at the TKP was dark and the statements were still independent (there were no witnesses), so we have not made any conclusions," he said.
