"The file (suspect IWAS) is still being investigated by the prosecutor," said NTB Attorney General Efrien Saputera in Mataram, NTB, Monday, December 23, which was confiscated by Antara.

He revealed that the research on this file was a follow-up to the second delegation from police investigators.

Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirreskrimum) of the NTB Police, Kombes Pol. Syarif Hidayat previously stated that investigators had handed over the IWAS case file back to the research prosecutor on Monday, December 16.

In returning the file, Syarif ensured that investigators had fulfilled additional instructions related to the testimony of other victims from the IWAS suspect.

"So, we have confirmed and put it in the file, namely one victim who reported and four victim witnesses who have experienced the same thing. The rest, the testimony of the other victim, the testimony has been represented by the victim's companion," said Syarif.

The NTB Prosecutor's Office previously returned the case file of the suspect IWAS to the police investigators on Friday, December 13.

In returning the file, the research prosecutor provided additional instructions regarding the completeness of the case material.
