The Fate Of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo At The National Police Will Be Determined Tomorrow Morning

JAKARTA - The National Police will hold a hearing on the Police Professional Code of Ethics (KEPP) to determine the fate of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo at the Bhayangkara Corps. According to the plan, the internal sanction process will be held on Thursday, August 25, in the morning.

"Information from the Wabprof, tomorrow FS KKEP trial (Ferdy Sambo) at 09.00 WIB in the KKEP Meeting Room of the TNCC Building, first floor Roabprof Divpropam Polri," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo to reporters, Wednesday, August 24.

However, the ethics trial process is not open to the public. This means that only the internal police or the trial commission can attend in person.

The reason for holding the trial behind closed doors was not explained by the Police.

"In secret," said Dedi.

Inspector General Dedi previously stated that the KKEP session would be led by a three-star general, Komjen Ahmad Dofiri.

"(led, red) Mr. Kabaintelkam," he said.

For information, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo is a suspect in the premeditated murder case against Brigadier Nopriansyah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

Then there are four other suspects, namely, Bharada Richard Eliezer, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Strong Maruf, and Putri Candrawati, wife of Ferdy Sambo as suspects.

They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.
