Use Of Transportation Integration Tariffs Of A Maximum Of IDR 10,000 In New Jakarta Only Through The Jaklingko Application

JAKARTA - The use of tariffs for the integration of Transjakarta, MRT Jakarta, and LRT Jakarta transportation modes, a maximum of Rp. 10,000, has been implemented starting today.

However, the public can only enjoy the integration fee only through the JakLingko application. This public transportation guide application can be downloaded via the Play Store and App Store.

"Starting today, you can enjoy integration fares on the Jakarta MRT, Jakarta LRT, and Transjakarta modes only through the JakLingko application," wrote the jaklingkoindonesia Instagram account, Thursday, August 11.

When using the integration tariff through the JakLingko application, users of transportation modes are only charged a maximum travel fee of IDR 10,000 for up to 180 minutes or 3 hours.

"This integration tariff applies when using more than 1 type of mass public transportation, a combination of MRT Jakarta-LRT Jakarta, or LRT Jakarta-Transjakarta, or a combination of the three," he wrote.

The implementation of the transportation integration tariff of a maximum of Rp. 10,000 was determined by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan through Governor's Decree Number 733 of 2022 concerning the Amount of Mass Public Transport Service Tariff Packages.

There is also an initial fee for the integration fare of Rp. 2,500 which will be charged to passengers when entering the bus stop, station, or passenger transport service (feeder).

After paying the initial fee, the next trip fare paid by the passenger is based on the distance traveled, which is IDR 250 per kilometer. Then, there is a maximum one-time fare of IDR 10,000.

In this condition, the passenger does not leave the mode of transportation since the first time he puts down the electronic payment instrument until he ends the trip by putting the payment instrument back on the tap out machine.

If a passenger wants to transit from one mode of transportation to another, then the transfer is done at the available bus stop or integration station.

If in one trip the passenger spends more than 180 minutes of travel time, then apart from the maximum number of fare as intended, the next trip fare package will be calculated.
