JAKARTA - The Governor of DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan fulfilled the summons of the Polda Metro Jaya. Originally Anies would be questioned regarding the alleged violation of health protocol at the wedding ceremony of Rizieq Shihab's daughter, Najwa Shihab.

Wearing official clothes, Anies arrived at Polda Metro Jaya at 09.45 WIB. However, unfortunately Anies has not provided information regarding today's examination.

The investigation plan was based on a summons for clarification issued by the Head of Sub-Directorate for Security and Crime of the Metro Jaya Regional Police, AKBP Raindra Ramadhan Syah.

The call for clarification against Anies Basewedan was also based on an information report with the number LI / 279 / XI / 2020 / PMJ / Ditreskrimum and an investigation warrant number SP / Lidik / 5409 / XI / 2020 / Ditreskrimum.

In the summons, Anies was asked to be present at Polda Metro Jaya on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 10.00 WIB in the Unit V Room, Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya Subditkamneg.

"An invitation for clarification to Brother Anies Baswedan, the Governor of DKI Jakarta Province is taking sides in the suspicion of a criminal act by disobeying and obstructing the implementation of health quarantine that occurred on Saturday, November 14 at Jalan Paksi Petamburan III Tanah Abang," Raindra wrote in a letter received. This clarification agenda is related to alleged violations of Article 93 in conjunction with Article 9 of Law Number 6 Year 2018 concerning Health Quarantine and / or Article 216 of the Criminal Code.
