There Are New Findings Related To Communication On Mobile Phones, Komnas HAM Postpones Ballistic Examination Of The Case Of The Death Of Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Komnas HAM examined the information from the cyber team and the special team of the National Police regarding the case of the death of Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J. The examination was related to communication via cellphones (HP).

"Today we are asking for information from the cyber team and also the team related to communications obtained via cellphones," Komnas HAM Commissioner Beka Ulung Hapsara told reporters, Friday, August 5.

Beka said that the examination of the cyber team's information regarding communication via cellphones took 4 hours to obtain evidence.

"Because only then for 4 hours starting at 09.00 WIB and finishing around 15.00 WIB, we asked for information related to cyber," said Beka.

However, Beka said the examination was not related to ballistics which was originally scheduled for today. He said, the Timsus asked the ballistics examination to be postponed because there were new findings.

"So it's not asking for information related to ballistics. Why then not ballistics? Because the Timsus asked for a delay because there are new developments. What is the development, please ask the Timsus," said Beka.
