Police Food Task Force Examines Land Owners Investigate Findings Of Social Assistance Buried In Depok

JAKARTA - The National Police's Food Task Force is examining Rudi Samin, the owner of the land where the presidential social assistance package (Bansos) was found. To the team of investigators, Rudi explained about the ownership of the land.

"The bottom line is that the groceries that were buried, were buried in the location of my land, which was carried out by the JNE has violated the law," said Rudi when he was undergoing an examination at the National Police Criminal Investigation Agency building, Wednesday, August 3.

Rudi said that in this case the National Police's Food Task Force also examined the JNE. This is because the shipping company is the party that rents his land.

However, it is said that the JNE did not fulfill the summons of the Criminal Investigation Department.

"JNE was called here and did not come. Today and yesterday did not come," he said

Rudi claims that JNE as a land user has so far been unable to show authentic evidence. Thus, it is suspected that there was no crime behind the findings of the basic food packages.

"The point is that JNE cannot show documentary evidence regarding the destruction or burial of basic necessities in Sukmajaya, Depok, on my land," said Rudi.

The presidential social assistance package was found in the Kampung Serab area, Sukmajaya, Depok, West Java, on Sunday, July 31

The discovery of the presidential social assistance items for residents affected by COVID-19 buried in the ground was revealed after the heir of the land owner, Rudi Samin, carried out excavations using heavy equipment and was being handled by the Depok Police.
