Sadistic Thief Brings Ax In Gambir, Central Jakarta: Dropped Out Of School Due To Involvement In A Brawl With Sharp Weapons

JAKARTA – Sadistic thugs who have the heart to hit their victims with axes have apparently been involved in cases of possession of sharp weapons and brawls. However, Gambir Police Head of Criminal Investigation Unit Kompol Andika Aris Prasetya said that suspect A was not involved in a motorcycle gang and he became a thug after dropping out of school.

Based on the results of the examination, the suspect admitted that he dropped out of school because he was involved in a brawl. And since then A has often committed acts of robbery.

"He was not involved in a motorcycle gang, he was once secured in a case of sharp weapons during a brawl. His confession was that because of the brawl they became thugs. The targets were motorbikes and cellphones belonging to the riders. The mode was naro beams in the (middle) road," explained Andika when confirmed by VOI, Wednesday, 3 August.

The act of robbery committed by suspect A and his gang is quite sadistic. They used axes to persecute the victims without further ado.

"So there is a suspect with the initials I (DPO) who immediately slashed the victim's helmet with an ax," said Kompol Andika.

After the victim fell, suspect A took the role of taking the victim's motorbike and running away. They sell motorbikes to the Indramayu area with the proceeds being distributed to groups of perpetrators.

"The perpetrators often hang out in the Duri Pulo area, Gambir," he said.

Suspect A and his accomplice are noted to have often acted in a number of areas in Central Jakarta. The confiscated evidence contained a 3 meter long beam to block the passing of motorbikes on Jalan Subur, Gambir.

"The characteristic of this suspect's modus operandi is that he carries an ax in each of his actions. We are still chasing 4 suspects with the initials I, K, KO and S. Meanwhile, suspects A and M have been arrested, M is being handled by the Cengkareng Police because there is a similar crime scene committed by M there, " he explained.
