SEMARANG - The Military Police Commander of the Military Police Command (Pomdam) IV/Diponegoro Colonel Rinoso Budi said the shooting case of Rina Wulandari, which was masterminded by her husband, Kopda Muslimin, was still in the realm of the general court.

"There has been no delegation, although the testimonies of witnesses point to the Kopda Muslimin," Rinoso said in Semarang as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, July 28.

Thus, he continued, the investigation into the shooting case was still in the realm of the Police.

Anything related to the chronology of the death of Kopda Muslimin at his parents' house, he said, was still under further investigation.

"Evidence and witnesses will still be examined, of course it will take time," he said.

Previously, Rinoso said that the autopsy results of the Kopda Muslimin confirmed death from poisoning.

However, he said, further examinations in the form of anatomical pathology and toxicology laboratory examinations were still needed to prove it.

He said the follow-up examination would take about two to four weeks.

Kopda Muslimin is suspected of being the mastermind behind the shooting of his own wife, Rina Wulandari, on July 18, 2022 in front of her house on Jalan Cemara III, Semarang City.

Kopda Muslimin was found dead in his room by his father, Mustaqim.

Kopda Muslimin returned to his parents' house on Thursday morning and apologized for his mistake.

Kopda Muslimin's body was taken to the Bhayangkara Hospital in Semarang for an autopsy.
