Komnas HAM Asks Special Questions To Bharada E About The Bloody Incident That Killed Brigadier J

JAKARTA - Komnas HAM has finished investigating Bharada E regarding the shootout that killed Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's residence.

Komnas HAM commissioner Choirul Anam said Bharada E explained many things. Including one of them about shooting when the incident occurred.

"During what we examined, Bharada E explained many things, one of which was about shooting," said Anam at the Komnas HAM office, Menteng, Central Jakarta, Tuesday, July 26.

Anam said the same question was addressed to all aides including Bharada E. However, Anam admitted there were special questions for Bharada E because he was suspected of being involved in the incident.

"All the questions are the same. But there are specifics, for example, Bharada E has an event contribution. So the specifics of the questions are not only in Bharada E but all are the same," said Anam.

Anam said the examination was conducted with open questions. He said the examination took a long time because the expected answers were descriptive.

"Our questions are open-ended, the explanation we hope for is descriptive. Earlier, that's why it took a long time to ask for information because we asked for the answers to be descriptive," he said.

Even so, Anam emphasized, for now Komnas HAM has not been able to make a conclusion from today's examination. He also emphasized that Bharada E's explanation was the same as the police version of the chronology.

"We will present it in the final report," said Anam.

Anam only explained that Bharada E was late in attending the call because he was in a different place from his fellow ADC Inspector General Sambo.

"Others came a bit early starting at 10:00. Bharada E this afternoon because the place is different, they are not in the same place so it takes time to come to Komnas HAM," said Anam
