Slamet Ma'Arif Don't Know The Plans Of The Former FPI Chairman After Parole

JAKARTA - After being released on parole, Rizieq Shihab visited the residence of the Secretary of the Alumni Brotherhood Syuro Council (PA 212) Slamet Ma'arif in Petamburan III, Tanah Abang, Central Jakarta.

According to Slamet Ma'arif, Rizieq Shihab's arrival to his residence was part of the relationship, while letting go of his longing for his comrades in arms.

"Thank God he is healthy, this was also conveyed to his family, lawyers, and to all those who prayed for him," said Slamet, Wednesday, July 20.

Slamet said Rizieq advised those who were struggling to continue to echo the moral revolution.

"He gave a brief message to all of us, to continue to echo the moral revolution in a moral manner to save the nation and state," he said.

Slamet added that until now he did not know about Rizieq's future plans. However, continued Slamet, he was resting before doing activities.

"We don't know yet what will be arranged by the family and lawyers, obviously today, God willing, he will rest with his family," he said.

In addition, Slamet included that Rizieq was still declared free on parole.

"Earlier at around 07.18 WIB he arrived at Petamburan, got his right to be released on parole, so now he is a city prisoner, gathered with all of us and his family," said Slamet, in Petamburan III, Tanah Abang.
