Marcella Santoso Makes Videos Of Confession Of Personal Negative Content By Attorney General To Prabowo's Government

Marcella Santoso in the video admits to creating negative content about the Attorney General's Office (AGO).

JAKARTA - The suspect in the obstruction case of investigation and prosecution of the export case of crude palm oil (CPO), tin, and the case of sugar importation, Marcella Santoso, admitted that he had created negative content regarding the Attorney General's Office (AGO).

This confession was conveyed in a video recording that was played during a press conference at the Jampidsus Roundabout building at the Attorney General's Office, Tuesday, June 17.

In his confession, negative content was created such as the issue of the Attorney General's personal life, ST Burhanuddin, and his staff.

"That I realize that in the process of handling this case there is a post that is actually not related to the case being handled. Among other things, related to the personal life issue of the Attorney General, the issue of Mr. Jampidsus, the issue of Mr. Dirdik," Marcella said in the video.

In fact, the negative content created also targets the government of President Prabowo Subianto. Where, mentioned about dark Indonesia.

"There is also the issue of Mr. President Prabowo's government, such as the petition for the TNI Bill and also the Dark Indonesia," he said.

Therefore, Marcella deeply regrets his actions. Because, according to him, the content caused heartache from the party he mentioned.

"For that from the bottom of my heart, I express regret and I apologize to the gentlemen and maybe other parties involved and affected," said Marcella.

As a reminder, the AGO named four suspects in the case of alleged obstruction to handling this case, namely MS (Marcella Santoso) as advocate, JS (Junaedi Saibih) as lecturer and advocate, TB (Tian Bahtiar) as Director of JAKTV News, and MAM (M Adhiya Muzakki) as chairman of the Cyber Army team.

The four suspects allegedly obstructed the handling process of three cases at the AGO, namely corruption in the provision of CPO export facilities and their derivatives, corruption in tin commodity trading in the PT Timah Tbk IUP area, and corruption cases in the sugar importation activity on behalf of Tom Lembong.

Suspects MS and JS as advocates are collaborating with suspects TB and MAM to create and spread negative news and content on social media.
