JAKARTA - PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk stated that it respects the legal process related to the alleged bribery of the Bombardier aircraft sales contract in 2012 which was being investigated by the British anti-corruption agency, Serious Fraud Office.

The alleged bribery case involved the former President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia 2005-2014 Emirsyah Satar.

The President Director of Garuda Indonesia, Irfaniaputra, said that his party fully supports the law enforcement of the alleged bribery which is currently being investigated.

"Garuda Indonesia will also actively coordinate with the authorities to ensure the company's full support for law enforcement efforts in the case," he said, in a written statement received by VOI, Friday, November 6.
