Left By His Wife To Her Parents' House, A Koran Teacher In Magelang Rapes His Student Many Times Until 4 Months Pregnant

MAGELANG- The Magelang Police's Crime Investigation Unit has succeeded in uncovering cases of sexual abuse allegedly committed by an unscrupulous Koran teacher toward his own student. A total of four students who are still minors are victims of the actions of the Koran teacher, and one of them is currently four months pregnant.

The Magelang Police Chief, Grand Commissioner Adjutant Mochammad Sajarod Zakun, said that his party was handling the case on the basis of reports from victims.

"The victim is an 18-year-old woman, but at the time of the incident she was 17 years old and the suspect was MS (31) a resident of Temanggung Village, Kaliangkrik District, Magelang," Jarod explained in a written statement, Tuesday, July 12.

The victims are known to be four people who are still children, whereas the four at the time of the incident were still minors. Of the four victims, two children were invited to have sex, and two children were sexually abused.

"Two children were invited to have sex, and one of them, W, who is currently 18 years old, is four months pregnant," explained the Magelang Police Chief.

Head of Crime Investigation Unit of Magelang Police, Commissioner Adjutant of Police Setyo Hermawan revealed, that the case began when the victim carried out a schedule to clean the place. After completing the Koran, said Setyo, the suspect took the opportunity to have sex with the victim on the pretext that it would improve the victim's bad character.

"After the incident, the suspect again touched the victim 3 (three) times. In addition, the suspect MS also had sexual intercourse with 1 (one) another student of the Koran and committed molestation to 2 (two) other students," he said.

From the results of the examination of the suspect and the victim, this incident was carried out between December 2021 and May 2022.

"As a result of the suspect's actions, one of the victims W is pregnant with four months of pregnancy. The victim and her parents then reported MS's actions to the Magelang Police, "explained Setyo.

Currently, the suspect is MS and the evidence is (one) piece of long-sleeved shirt with a combination of white, green, pink, purple, 1 (one) piece of sleeveless dress with pink color, 1 (one) piece of a blue sleeveless dress, 1 (one) piece of blue underpants with a combination of floral motifs.

"The suspect MS was charged with the Indonesian Law Number 12 of 2022 concerning the Crime of Sexual Violence, with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison and/or a maximum fine of three hundred million rupiahs," Setyo said.

Meanwhile, the suspect, MS, admitted that he did the action when his wife and child returned to their parents. He took advantage of the opportunity and made excuses to the victim to correct the victim's delinquency.

"I do it because my wife often refuses when invited to have sex and I can't hold my lust," he said.
