The National Police Calls There Are 5 Victims In The Case Of Alleged Sexual Harassment Mas Bechi

JAKARTA - The suspect, Moch Subchi Azal Tsani (MSAT) alias Mas Bechi, has been arrested and detained. The National Police said that in this case there were at least 5 people who were victims of sexual harassment.

"The victim is MN's sister and 4 other people. This means that there are five victims," said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan, to reporters, Friday, July 8.

Then in the handling that has been running since 2017, it was revealed that the suspect had abused the victim with the initials MN twice.

The action of the son of the owner of the Shiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School, Jombang, was carried out on May 8 and 17. Everything was done in the hut of Cokro Kembang.

"(Sexual harassment, ed) in the Cokro Kembang Gubuk which is located in the Cinta Tanah Air Islamic Boarding School area, Jombang Regency," said Ramadhan.

In addition, a number of evidences have also been confiscated. For example, two long skirts, two headscarves, two uniforms, one t-shirt, and 3 letters of dismissal as IMP and MQ students.

"There are also statements from 8 expert witnesses consisting of 3 criminal expert witnesses, 3 medical experts and 2 psychologists," said Ramadhan.

For information, Moch Subchi Azal Tsani was arrested after turning himself in to the police on Friday, July 8, this morning.

He turned himself in after the police made a forced pick-up effort by visiting the Shiddiqiyah Islamic Boarding School.
