Deadly Duel Of Criminals In Buleleng Bali, 2 People Died In Blood, The Cause Suspected Someone Was 'Betrayed' To The Police

BULELENG- A fight broke out in the Banjar Dinas Kubu, Pegayaman Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali, killing two people.

The two people who died had the initials KV (39) and ES (31). Both local residents who fought to death horribly and covered in blood were suspected of being slashed by sharp weapons.

"It is true that last night there was an incident that occurred in Dusun Kubu. There was an incident of abuse that resulted in the perpetrator (ES) also dying, the victim (KV) also dying," said Sukasada Police Chief Kompol Made Agus Dwi Wirawan, Monday, July 4.

The fight took place at KV's house on Sunday, July 3 at around 23:00 WITA. At that time, ES and two of his colleagues with the initials J and N went to KV's house.

At the location, KV fights with ES. Two of ES's colleagues and KV's wife asked residents for help. When the residents arrived, the two people who were dueling were already lying covered in blood.

KV and ES were immediately taken to Buleleng Hospital. At the hospital, they were both declared dead

"It is not yet known who attacked first. We are still examining witnesses," continued Kompol Agus.

KV suffered cuts on his left hand, right chest, right back and head. Meanwhile, ES suffered lacerations to his right leg and back of his head and died at the scene.

Kompol Agus explained, ES and two of his colleagues were a gang of motorcycle theft perpetrators who had acted on Jalan Raya Singaraja-Denpasar KM 16, Gitgit Village area, Sukasada District, Buleleng, Bali.

The police once ambushed the three people but the perpetrators managed to escape. While fleeing, the police fired warning shots that hit ES's body. Meanwhile, the cartridges used as warning shots were taken by ES and his two friends to KV's house.

"After escaping, a member of mine gave a warning shot but it didn't hit. Then, they grazed his body (ES) and then brought the cartridge to KV's house," said Kompol Agus.

ES and his gang suspect that KV gave information on the whereabouts of the three people to the police.

"This group suspects that KV provided information regarding its whereabouts," he explained.

Meanwhile, the police based on their investigation said that KV actually gave advice to ES and his gang not to commit crimes.

"KV's position is to provide suggestions to ES and his friends so that they no longer carry out theft and robbery or other things that violate the law," said Agus.

However, the gang responded negatively to this suggestion by suspecting that KV had provided information to the police so that the whereabouts of ES and his gang were detected.

"Finally last night SE and two of his friends came to KV's house to question it, maybe there was a fight, there was a fight," he said.

The police are still hunting for two of ES' colleagues, namely J and N, who were involved in the deadly fight. From the preliminary results of the crime scene, the police pocketed evidence in the form of a sharp weapon of the type of kelewang.

"Who brought the (weapon) is still being investigated," he said.
