JAKARTA - Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Tjahjo Kumolo died on Friday, July 1 at Abdi Waluyo Hospital. Tjahjo Kumolo's body was buried at the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery, Jakarta on Friday, July 1. Tjahjo Kumolo died due to illness. Reportedly, Tjahjo suffered from a lung infection and had undergone intensive treatment. Tjahjo Kumolo's funeral was carried out militarily. Tjahjo Kumolo is not the only active minister in Indonesia who has died. There is the name of the Revolutionary Hero General Ahmad Yani who also died while serving as a minister. At that time, Ahmad Yani served as Minister of the Army Commander in the era of President Soekarno. Ahmad Yani died after being kidnapped and shot at his home on 30 September 1965. General Ahmad Yani's funeral was held on 5 October 1965 at the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery. Watch the video below.
