Minister Of ATR/BPN Invites People To Register Land Certificates

Minister of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/Head of National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto handed over 176 asset certificates on behalf of the Surabaya City Government to Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi/ANTARA HO Diskominfo Surabaya

SURABAYA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Hadi Tjahjanto invites people to register their land certificates at the nearest BPN office in their area.

"For people who want to register certificates independently, register them now," said Hadi Tjahjanto while attending the Coordination Meeting for Strengthening Synergy of Provincial and Regional Governments and all stakeholders through the Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA) Forum and Trijuang Pattern Towards Complete East Java to Realize People's Welfare in Surabaya was reported by ANTARA, Friday, July 1.

According to him, the BPN office will provide special services for registering land certificates by opening an independent counter.

"They will be served with special care, because we will open counters independently to register their land as property rights," he said.

Surabaya Mayor Eri Cahyadi also handed over a land grant of 5,000 m2 located in Medokan Ayu Village to the Head of the National Land Agency (BPN) II Surabaya City Office, Lampri.

The assets belonging to the Surabaya City Government worth Rp. 22 billion, are planned to be used as an office to support the performance of BPN II land certificate services in the City of Heroes.

Not only that, Mayor Eri Cahyadi also received 176 asset certificates on behalf of the Surabaya City Government, which were given directly by the Minister of ATR/BPN Hadi Tjahjanto accompanied by the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa.

"The mayor received two certificates, namely the first certificate of road and channel assets, the second outside the roads and canals which are usually for parcels, such as schools, offices and others," said Head of the Surabaya City Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) Ira Tursilowati.
